Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Wednesday  

8pm: Meet and Greet, boxing technique walk through, fitness movement modality, followed by snacks then bed/free time to explore

DAY 2: THursday

9am: Central Park sightsee then jog and boxing in the park (weather permitting)

11am: Brunch 

12pm: Museum

3pm: Walking tour down through famous Columbus circle, then spend the afternoon in Times Square

..Followed by walking either the famous highline -or- past the world renowned Madison Square Garden then through Herald Square (both if time permits) just in time to catch some legendary Korean Barbecue in K-Town.  Option to stay after for...

 10pm: One of the famous Korean Karaoke bars

DAY 3: Friday

9:30am: Strength training and more boxing cardio in a boutique, trendy Manhattan gym

11am: Brunch

1:30pm: Boat or bus tour

5pm: Health and fitness workshop

7:30pm: Dinner in the Village or Little Italy

9:30pm: Bowling or rock climbing

11pm: Optional pub crawl

DAY 4: Saturday 

10am: Hudson River Bike Ride

12pm: Brunch

1pm: World Trade Memorial, Battery Park and Statue of Liberty sights with a ferry ride by the statue and breathtaking sights of Manhattan

3pm: Walk through Wall St

4pm: Brooklyn Bridge walk/jog to the...

5pm: ..most legendary boxing gym in the world (Gleason's boxing gym) for a once in a lifetime workout 

6:30pm: Famous New York Pizza

7:30pm: Dumbo park for relaxing and amazing Manhattan views photo/video shoot

8:30pm: Option to walk the Manhattan bridge to return or ride if low energy

9:30pm Chinatown dinner -or- Little Italy -or- Shake Shack in Madison Park

10:30pm: Either Washington Square Park -or- Madison Square Park ...followed by nightclub and rooftop views of the city - or - Broadway show

DAY 5: Sunday

9am: Final boxing workout

10:30am: Brunch

12pm: Other bus or boat tour -or- museum -or- skyscraper visit

Prepare for your GEOFIT Adventure

Packing for your GEOFIT  trip should  be easy and light.  We suggest our adventurers bring: 

  • workout gear (outdoors can be cool, so bring layers for walking!)

  • athletic shoes (cross training or running) and athletic clothes

  • sunscreen

  • nicer clothes for night on town (hard dark shoes, collared shirts for guys)

  • toiletries

  • high energy for the city that never sleeps

All weights, boxing and fitness equipment are provided for you on-location.

(You are welcome to bring your own own gloves/wraps if you have them.)



  • 4 days/ 4 nights in the heart of Manhattan

  • Daily workouts in the world's top-ranked gyms with elite trainers and workshops

After paying the $500 deposit, we reserve a spot for you on our trip and therefore this is non refundable under any circumstance. If you have already paid in full, and need to cancel in case of emergency, the amount beyond the $500 deposit may be credited towards another one of our trips within one year from your canceled trip.
