Online Training

Online Training Program- If you don’t live in Manhattan or don’t have the time/finances for private training sessions, then consider our customized online training program. After, hearing about your health and fitness background and your goals and expectations, one (or multiple) of our fitness experts will build out a workout regimen that caters specifically to your goals and to your abilities. This will be a month to month program, and each weekend you will receive the workout plan for the following week based on how you did on your previous week’s workouts. Most workouts will last roughly an hour, and depending on your goals and abilities, you will probably receive anywhere from 3-5 workouts to do for each week. Additionally, we may ask to see videos of some of your movements to adjust and improve your technique. We can also send you video demonstrations to help guide you on these movements. These video exchanges, and some additional phone calls and Skype calls when necessary, is what truly separates our online training program from anything else out there, and makes this truly customized to fit your needs, goals, abilities.
