RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve your place on a GEOFIT adventure, please contact us and indicate which tour you would like to book. We will direct you to the payment portal to put down your deposit and confirm your reservation. We will then send you a survey to get a feel for your workout/adventure preferences to further customize your experience.  Tour must be paid in full prior to one month of departure. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

After paying a trip’s deposit, we reserve a spot for you on our trip and therefore this is non refundable under any circumstance. If you have already paid in full, and need to cancel in case of emergency, the amount beyond the trip’s initial deposit may be credited towards another one of our trips within one year from your canceled trip, but the deposit is forfeited.

CHECK-IN:

Once you arrive at the airport, we will handle all check-in and transportation details related to the tour. Should your trip arrive later than the designated airport meeting time, we will make special arrangements for you. 

FACILITIES:

Facility amenities vary by destination and availability. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please let us know in advance of any medical conditions, concerns or allergies. We will be happy to accommodate your needs as we plan your adventure. 

All GEOFIT participants must sign a waiver and emergency contact form prior to departure.
